Most dry cleaners use ONE solvent and hope for the best. We don't.

Using DOWPER solvents with 99.9% purity, we get most stains out without the need to clean a garment numerous times. Cleaning, scrubbing, and pre-spotting a garment multiple times can cause fibres to fray, distort, and leave the surface of the fabric appearing worn, patchy, or faded.

As times have advanced, so has the dry cleaning sector. The solvent being used from the 1930s cannot be used on all stains of the 21st century.

Garments are cleaned and re-cleaned (if need be) — but it's not optimal to clean a garment multiple times in the same solvent. The stain will not shift, and the chances of ruining the garment are greater.

At Nova Klean we have 3 solvents at our disposal to get the majority of stains out. We can't guarantee to remove every stain, but we can guarantee that if we can't get it out, you won't find anyone else in the country who can.
