We use 3 different Dowper solvents, switching between them to achieve the best results, rather than relying on a single solvent and hoping for the best. Every garment is pre-checked for stains and treated before cleaning, a step many cleaners skip because it's time-consuming and requires real expertise.
You can wash an oil stain a million times, but oil floats on top of water, so you’ll never shift it. Certain stains don’t come out using traditional dry cleaning methods. You have to adapt, using different solvents suited to a particular stain.
